(KJo) Made a fool of again by this trouble hand. If I’m going to play it at all, I played it correctly, though. The villain calls extremely light, there was no point in c-betting. Apparently he also flat calls pretty strong, too.
(KQo) Let’s swing and miss again against the station.
JTs, KQo take it down preflop, then I get KQo again, pot it, get some callers and fold to a pot bet on an all-spade flop. Then I get ATo! It’s a big string of trouble hands masquerading as good ones…I win with a flop bet on a QTx board.
AA gets two callers to the pot bet, flop is q-high all clubs, I lead weak with the Ac and the villains fold.
(J9s) I try not to be ROTy, but these are those moments where I’m pleading, “Please don’t get there please don’t get there” after making a correct fold.
(A3h) River gin card gives me the nuts and a q-high flush pays me off in full.
Flop a set of sixes, but nobody really pays them off, one flop bet called.
QQ takes down a small one postflop.
I pay a buck or so to a set of fours.
I raise 4x with 99 in LP, BB min-raises and I get to set mine cheap against the overpair, but I miss.
I make a bad turn call with a pair and a flush draw, and the hand costs me a couple bucks.

I know I played on the 11th, and quite successfully, but I don’t seem to have my notes on it anywhere. I can’t even remember if it was PLO, PLO8, or NLHE, but I was up a solid $25 or so for the night. I have fudged some entries in the spreadsheet to account for this session that are guesswork until I dive into the hand histories.
