(KJs) Opponent picked a good spot to slowplay QQ, and I hit the flop hard enough that I figured I had 15 outs.

(AA) Should I have checked here? I unfortunately successfully repped AK, and I think he folded a pocket pair. I felt like I didn’t need to reraise when I had him heads up in position with him established as aggressor, and he only had $5, which would pretty much commit him with a solid flop bet.

Table folds.

Two Table, one .04, one .10

.04

(87o) First hand, the quasi-bb special makes a straight and felts a short stack.

Folded KQo to a pb from UTG+1. Must have discipline with easily-dominated unsuited broadway cards.

JT flops an open ender, turns the nuts, and gets a small stack with top pair all in.

(AKc) Swing in position, get three callers, miss the flop, fold to bet and raise.

(99) nice flop and turn for nines, hammer hammer hammer, win a couple bucks.

Several standard swings and misses later, I’m down to $5.60

(A4d) So wrong…runner-runner chop for the villains.

More swinging and missing. A-Broadway sucks tonight.

(J8c) fucking river. At least I bet when I was ahead, checked when I was behind.

Raised with ATh, then folded to a huge reraise.

Nothing much I’m doing is working so far tonight.

(JJ) Quads work.

(AQh) So does a donk calling my raise with 82d and shoving on an AK8 flop.

(AKo) 22? Really? You effectively pot-commit yourself with deuces in that spot? OK...

Hey! Won my first gold card! I don’t know what that means! But it’s very shiny!

Bed time…
