(KdTd) The table had been incredibly passive preflop, so I raise pot here with KTs and position. I get a couple callers, and adhere to my “don’t get tricky” on the flop and fold to the bet.
This sets up the next hand perfectly, where I pick up aces and make the exact same raise. I get too many callers, but seat five saves me by limp/reraising UTG. I still get two callers more than I’d like, and then poker takes over to poke me in the eye.

This table is now getting wild.
(QdJd) Ugh, it’s either fold or raise on this one, and I raise. I get minraised, suggesting a monster, but by the time it gets back to me I’m compelled to call and attempt to flop big. Nope.
(44) I got cute on the river when I hit my set. Nobody seemed interested, so I thought my best chance to get paid was to overbet.
(Ah8h) Not my night, so far.
(A9o) The table is frustratingly loose, frustrating because I can’t seem to take advantage of it, and I’m pushing in the effort. Nothing is working.
(66) Now it’s getting silly. I’m quitting this table, it’s going all sorts of wrong for me, here.

OK, now. Here I am, winning pots (KJ). That feels familiar.
(88) Oops, that feels like last table. I can’t overthink this, though. I play aggressive poker, and sometimes that bites me in the ass; it doesn’t mean I’m going to stop betting.
Sometimes it takes a spainR to get back on track. So easy to play the nuts…
I get AK the very next hand, and the guy who lost to the spainR, playbyfate, raises ahead of me. Since he probably doesn't respect the power of the spainR, I felt my short-term image allowed for this move. I was risking a coin flip with a pair, but his full range included two big cards and suited aces, and I felt he would call with it all after the last hand.
(AKo) There we go, aggression working again.
(ATs) Villain slowly puts all his money in with a queen. Genius!
Interesting session tonight. Escaped basically even after rough going early.
