NLHE

(QJo) Fired the second shell, but I didn't think I could be ahead on the river, at least, not even at 6:1 or whatever I was getting. It's close. Wanting to keep my exact hand hidden there was a factor.

AA in MP takes down blinds.

(AJo) I flop nice but he minraises to let me know I'm still drawing. I flat call, and then let him bet for me on the turn when I hit trips. He has to have the case jack for a boat given the action. Flush insurance for the river is nice.

(55) His fucking flush was so obvious I almost folded and saved the $1.50. So annoying.

(97o) Big blind special was a little specialer for the other guy when he flops a set and I turn two pair.

Bummer, I'd crawled back nicely there for a bit, now more crawling to do.

(JTo) Despite position and top pair, with that many to the flop I am hardly confident. The river is one of those weird cards that makes me feel stronger despite still not beating the hands I'm playing in fear of, J9 or 96. I call and am good.

(AKo) Five way action, so I'm pretty much done on the 994 flop. One of these donks probably has a 9 he's slowplaying, so I'm hoping I don't hit on the turn or river and get stupid.

(54h) I raise the flop because I'll either win the hand, get reraised and fold, or he'll call and probably check the turn, which is likely a similarly-costed path to the river than calling him down, and it comes with fold equity.
