PLO8

No regrets here, just not my river. LOL! I wrote that sentence after the river hit, and during the remaining players actions before hands were exposed. I certainly didn't expect a triple-up, there.

(QQ42) Where's a paired board when you need one? Turn was tough. Didn't want to give the flush a free draw, but didn't want to pay a made straight any more.

$6 --> $14.46
46 Hands

$269.91

Hmmm, did I miss a bluff opportunity on that river? I don't know if it's worth it at these stakes, but his check certainly suggests "Oh crap, flush got there and I don't have one," so maybe the play there is to 3/4 pot it and try to steal it.

Maybe, maybe not. He might call anyways with the sucker end of the straight. But it is a nice scare card to try to grab the pot.

I actually prefer to bluff rivers when I have pure air in O8 and miss all my draws. I blew a big opportunity with about $150 in the pot this weekend. The villain had $41 left and I thought maybe not enough to make him fold. He had bottom pair to take it down.

Your trip queens might be good here. I remember bluffing once with my low not hitting. I had A5 and a 5 came on the river. I bet, was called and took it down as he called with pocket 3's.

This is really Jason but I am too lazy to change here. Plus I want to keep the 50/50 ratio going.
